Service

Laterus provides multi-tenant software for construction, facilities, and IT operations related to Catholic mission sites and contractors. v0 is early software; features and availability may change.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep access secure. Passwordless magic links are single-use and time-limited. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Laterus for unlawful activity, abuse of infrastructure, or storage of data you are not authorized to process. Do not upload malware or attempt to access other tenants’ data.

Customer data

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Operational decisions remain yours—Laterus is a coordination tool, not professional engineering or pastoral counsel.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the prior three months (zero if free early access).
